Chargebacks & Claims

If there are any issues with your order or you suspect a fraudulent charge, please contact us as soon as possible. We are a small business and do not take chargebacks and claims lightly as they greatly affect our business. If a claim is filed and you have not reached out to us FIRST to try and resolve the issue, we reserve the right to cancel any pending and future orders. We are known for our great customer service and always do our best to make it right if there is an issue. We cannot fix the problem if you never reach out and tell us about it. :)

Shipping & Returns

WE OFFER $6 FLAT RATE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS WITHIN THE  US* & FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING* ON ORDERS OVER $100 (must be a single transaction/does not apply to combined orders) *applies to the contiguous US only
HANDLING TIME

We ship daily Monday through Friday.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 days. Occasionally orders may take longer to ship due to product launches or a high volume of orders.

SHIPPING PROTECTION

Shipping Protection is now included for FREE on all orders over $100! If you would like insurance on orders under $100, please select USPS Priority or UPS Ground shipping at checkout.

In the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact us at info@wishescraftshop.com to file a claim.

Please note that packages have longer transit times during the holiday season and even outside of that season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Insurance does not cover shipping delays. Only if the package is declared lost by the shipping carrier can we provide a refund. This is usually the case if the package has not seen movement in 15 days. If you need a date definite delivery, you must select USPS 2 day shipping at checkout or contact us in advance of placing your order. If your package shows delivered but you have not received it, or you have proof it was stolen, you must contact us within 24 hours.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Please note that if your order is shipping to a P.O. Box, additional shipping charges may be incurred. We will contact you via the email on your order prior to shipping should this occur.

Standard and Priority shipping = please allow 4-12 business days for your order to arrive

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
Now shipping WORLDWIDE!
There are a few important things to note about international shipping-
1) Once the order is shipped, we have no control over how long it may take to arrive. You are assuming any risk of extended transit times regardless of the shipping option you choose
2) We will happily provide you a tracking number, but after your order is shipped, it is completely out of our hands.                                                                             

Any customs/import duty or taxes are the buyer's responsibility and are not paid by the seller. 

COMBINED SHIPPING

We will do our best to combine multiple orders wherever possible. Any excess shipping charges will be refunded once orders are shipped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS

We do not accept returns or exchanges. We do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and include photos if necessary.  We will do our best to fix any problems if they may occur.
