These PRE-TIED BOWS are made from a soft, woven polyester. Our regular style has the design on one side with a white semi sheer backing(the design shows through from the front) and a serged edge for a beautifully finished look. Our Serenity style are 2 layers with a hidden seam for a nice, clean edge.
